St Abbs - Situated within the dramatic and rural landscape of the Scottish borders on the east Berwickshire coastline, the gallery is positioned by the footpath to St Abbs head, the spectacular headland forming a patchwork of rolling countryside meeting with imposing volcanic cliffs, rising from crystal clear waters.

St Abbs head is owned and managed by the National trust for Scotland, it is designated a site of special scientific interest ( SSSI )
a national nature reserve ( NNR ), a special protection area,( SPA ), and a marine special area of conservation, (SAC).
The St Abbs voluntary marine reserve has been set up to safeguard its' underwater habitat, and the whole coast is part of a
European marine site.
